YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a Client Advisor at CELINE, you play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your passion for our collections and commitment to excellence will enable you to build meaningful connections with clients, embodying the sophistication and timelessness of the Maison.

Join our vibrant Sydney retail team across our premier boutiques in Bondi, Westfield Sydney, Chatswood, and the Airport, with Casual, Permanent Part-Time, and Full-Time opportunities available.

YOUR IMPACT

- Commercial Performance: Drive sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and product expertise.

- Clienteling & Sales: Proactively engage clients, execute outreach, and leverage cross-selling to build long-term loyalty.

- Operations & Inventory: Manage stock control, back-of-house operations, and product replenishment.

- Visual Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold visual merchandising standards and operational guidelines to protect the Maison's image.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.

- Solid clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.





- Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.

Shortlisted candidates will take part in collaborative group tasks, practical styling exercises, and 1:1 interviews to showcase their interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and authentic personality. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
