Dental Members is a privately owned and operated dental group, established in 2014. Our Fremantle clinic is one of 28 in our group who's shared goals are to provide excellent dental care at a reasonable cost - without judgement.

As part of our continued expansion into Western Australia, we are looking to appoint an experienced associate dentist in our purpose-built 3 chair clinic.

The Role & Remuneration

- Minimum 4+ years' private practice experience

- Commission at 40% less lab - retainer for 3 months transition up to $1200 per day.

- 2 - 4 days per week - days negotiable Monday- Friday.

- High-quality, purpose-built environment

- Australian citizenship required (we are unable to support a sponsorship application at this time)

Dentists maintain full clinical autonomy over patients and treatment planning, while benefiting from structured support in:

- Payment plan facilitation

- Practice operations and administration

- Marketing and highly qualified new patient acquisition to drive sustainable growth

Clinical Experience We Value

- Strong,



confident experience across all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry

- Ability to place and restore single implants and/or full mouth tooth replacement (All on X) is highly regarded but not mandatory

- A patient-first, ethical approach to treatment planning

- Confident treatment plan discussions and ability to convert patients to treatment building relationships early

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team

- We operate using 3Shape Trios5 scanners, Praktika patient management software, with CBCT and OPG onsite
