Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Staffing Rostering Manager to join the Tweed Heads care home. This full‐time, site‐based role reports to the General Manager and oversees day, afternoon and night shift rostering to ensure resident care is consistently staffed.

You will lead rostering across direct, contracted and labour hire staff, partner with workforce optimisation, and drive continuous improvement in rostering processes to maintain operational stability.
