Aveo Group is seeking a Care Partner (Clinical) to support residents in our Brisbane retirement communities. You'll work closely with residents and families, building personalised care plans and coordinating services to help residents age in place.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll guide care options, document plans, and liaise with GPs and allied health specialists. This full time role avoids weekend shifts and includes a company vehicle and laptop.
