The Role
You'll own net-new enterprise growth across ANZ, targeting large, complex organisations and building relationships with senior HR, People & Culture, and C-suite executives.
This is a true enterprise hunter role for someone who knows how to create pipeline, displace incumbent vendors, navigate multiple stakeholders, and close complex SaaS deals.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
Generate pipeline through proactive outbound and targeted prospecting
Engage CHROs, CPOs, HR leaders and senior executives
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Develop compelling business cases and value-led proposals
Own forecasting,



pipeline management and quota delivery
You'll Bring
Experience across HRTech, HCM, Employee Experience, Engagement or Talent Technology
Existing relationships with senior HR and People leaders
Strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales
Proven hunter mentality and recent-logo success
Experience selling complex solutions into large organisations
Strong C-suite and executive-level selling capability
Consistent history of achieving or exceeding quota
Ability to navigate long, competitive enterprise sales cycles
