About the Role
Take ownership of a hospital-focused territory across a South Brisbane territory.
You'll work closely with specialists and key healthcare stakeholders, delivering meaningful scientific and commercial conversations while driving growth across an expanding cardiometabolic portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan
Building long-term relationships with hospital specialists and key stakeholders
Identifying recent opportunities and expanding customer engagement across the territory
Delivering impactful clinical and commercial discussions aligned to customer needs
Monitoring market activity and adapting strategies to maximise growth




Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives
Maintaining accurate reporting and compliant ways of working
About You
You are a motivated, commercially minded sales skilled who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys navigating complex healthcare systems.
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales (hospital/specialist sales experience preferred)
Strong territory management and business planning skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
A proactive, resilient and curious mindset
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
