You will be the first contact for customers, guiding them through everyday banking needs with warmth and clarity.
No prior banking experience is required; onboarding includes comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you grow with Westpac Group.
You'll help customers connect with the right specialists and learn digital banking tools.
