Hands-On Venue Manager: Coffee Bar & Team Leader Pax Hospitality Melbourne, VIC, AU
Small Batch Roasting Co. is seeking a Venue Manager to lead daily operations on the shop floor, recruit and train the team, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and coffee service.
You'll partner with the Head Barista to maintain quality and culture as the venue grows.
You will implement systems for consistency, manage labour and costs, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.
