Mercy Health is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for our Parkville residential aged care facility. You will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs to enhance residents' physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Collaborate with residents, families and care teams to tailor activities, monitor effectiveness, and provide regular reports. You will oversee scheduling, support the Volunteer Program and foster an inclusive community atmosphere.
