Job Description
SB Recruitment is seeking 20 enthusiastic Call Centre specialists to join a NSW Government team on a temporary onsite contract in Orange, NSW. The roster is 6 days on, 1 day off, with long shifts and weekend overtime.

You will handle community enquiries, keep scripts updated, record conversations, and work with the Hotline Team Leader to provide accurate public information in a quick-paced workplace.
