HMG Hardchrome is seeking an experienced Fitter/Machinist to take on a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand role within the Production Department (Large Line). You will lead by example, support performance, and ensure safety and quality in a busy workshop.
You will coordinate workflow, support staff, and maintain targets and standards, reporting to the Production Supervisor in a hands-on leadership capacity.
