Patties Food Group is seeking a commercially minded Demand Controller to join our Supply Chain team in Mentone.
You will manage short-term demand by aligning customer order plans, sales forecasts and supply capability over a rolling 13-week horizon.
You will collaborate with Sales, Demand Planners and Supply Planners to optimise inventory targets and phase-ins/phase-outs for current and existing products, while maintaining service levels and cost outcomes.
