Australian Financial Complaints Authority in Melbourne seeks an experienced Ombudsman to join the Investments and Advice (I&A;) decision-making team. You will resolve standard and complex I&A; disputes and provide leadership across AFCA, coaching case workers and presenting as a subject matter expert.
