Xero is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist - Accounting in Melbourne. You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants, helping them maximize Xero's accounting tools.

You'll balance proactive outreach with resolving questions, using accounting fundamentals to make conversations genuinely helpful, and you'll work in a hybrid setup with in-office and work-from-home days. Training will initially require five days in the office.
