Job Description

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent part time night shifts to lead person-centred care in our Residential Aged Care team. You will assess residents, plan care, manage medications and document clinical reviews with the team.
n
The successful candidate must hold current AHPRA registration, bring solid clinical nursing experience and leadership; knowledge of dementia, palliative and wound care is preferred.
n
Wellness Partner | BlueCare | Azure. Permanent part time available (offering 40 hours a fortnight) Must be versatile to work weekends. Azure Redcliffe Aged Care Facility.
