Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
As we plan for , a unique opportunity exists for a globally-minded, experienced early years teacher passionate about early childhood practice and pedagogy.
This is a full-time position, commencing January .
The Ideal Candidate Will
have a strong understanding and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and Primary Years Program (PYP) Pedagogy
collaborate to design, implement and reflect on play-based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and needs, fostering curiosity, inquiry and active engagement in learning
have an enthusiasm to teach children in a way that is creative, engaging and inclusive
effectively manage the classroom to foster a positive and inclusive learning setting
demonstrate strengths in communication, relationship building and teamwork
