Transform Life is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide a remote, growing Greater Sydney team of 2–3 clinicians with potential interstate leadership. You’ll balance clinical caseloads with people leadership, supervision, and development to keep outstanding clinicians engaged.
You’ll report to the National Manager - Occupational Therapy, work from home with occasional local visits, and enjoy autonomy, visibility of your team’s diaries, and opportunities for PD and career
