Royal Sydney Golf Club in Rose Bay is seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead our wine and beverage program, focusing on exceptional pairing and guest experiences. You will work with the F&B; team and Executive Chef to curate wine selections, collaborate on service standards, and mentor the cellar staff.

You'll manage stock, supplier relationships, and events, bringing wine knowledge to life across a private member dining setting. A WSET Level 3 or CMS Advanced is required.
