Job Description
Mercer in Melbourne is seeking a strategic and cooperative Senior Change & Communications Manager to lead end-to-end change initiatives across the Contact Centre.
You will design, communicate, embed, and govern changes to improve service delivery and learning.
You'll partner with senior leaders, develop practical communications, and coach teams to adopt current ways of working, while ensuring governance and continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
