Job Description

We are working with a major ASX-listed critical infrastructure organisation - looking for an OT Security Project Manager. You will be the driving force behind a major cyber security transformation program across a critical infrastructure operator's OT/generation environments.

Sitting between engineering teams on the ground and the broader security program, you'll be the one making sure OT security controls actually get delivered - on scope, on budget, and on time, without disrupting live operations. This isn't a desk-bound PM seat - you'll be site-facing, working directly with engineers and asset owners to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and delivering OT security projects across multiple generation sites as part of a large-scale cyber transformation program.

- Working with generation site managers and engineers to embed security into day-to-day operational workflows.
n
- Partnering with security architects, engineers and external vendors to implement controls like network segmentation, secure remote access, asset visibility and OT monitoring.

- Owning project governance - tracking milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables using formal PM methodologies.

- Preparing project documentation, status reports and governance updates for executive stakeholders.

Experience Needed:

n

- 5+ years' project management experience, including experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity.
n
- Track record delivering projects within critical infrastructure environments.
n
- Solid understanding of the SOCI Act, with AESCSF experience highly regarded.
n
