Job Description
The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is seeking a VPS4 Communications and Engagement Advisor - Customer Experience to join the Customer Experience Unit.
This fixed-term role supports the Team Leader and handles customer service, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements across VSBA projects.
You will coordinate email, phone, and webform inquiries, develop communications resources, and help deliver the CSAP and Customer Service Charter while upholding public sector values.
