Job Description
Staffordshire County Council is recruiting a Quality Intelligence Support Officer to join the Care Market Assurance and Improvement (CMAI) service. The role focuses on collecting and coordinating feedback and intelligence from providers, service users and partners to identify trends and risks and to support improvements in care quality.

The role is hybrid, with home and office-based work, within core hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
