Job Description
Accor, located in Melbourne's Preston area, seeks a Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings and inquiries.
You will be the first point of contact, handling reservations, confirmations, and cancellations while supporting yield management to maximise occupancy and revenue.
The role requires robust customer service experience, fluency in English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will work across shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences within a energetic hotel workplace.
