Job Description
AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. This site-based role reports to the Superintendent HR Business Partnering and supports the site leadership team to address strategic workforce challenges and improve leadership effectiveness.

You will provide expert HR guidance across planning, change, employee relations and coaching, taking ownership of key people initiatives to enable target delivery in a complex mining operation.
