Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

n

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

n

- Managing daily banking and receipting activities
n
- Processing and allocating payments
n
- Completing bank reconciliations
n
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
n
- Conducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviews
n
- Monitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
n
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
n




- Assisting with the administration of receivables and related processes
n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
n
- Assisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as required
n

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
n
- Solid experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliations
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
n
- Advanced Excel skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute
