Site Supervisor – Civil & Bulk Earthworks

Moits is a well-established civil and bulk earthworks contractor delivering major projects across Sydney and NSW.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and take ownership of site operations across a range of civil and bulk earthworks projects.

n

This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants more than just ticking boxes, you'll have genuine responsibility for your sites, work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team, and play a key role in successful project delivery.

The Role

n

You'll take charge of the day-to-day running of your site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.

n

Key responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations across civil and bulk earthworks projects
n
- Supervise site crews, subcontractors and plant
n
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and resources
n




- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
n
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
n
- Monitor quality and project requirements
n
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
n
- Identify and resolve issues on site
n
- Maintain site records, documentation and reporting
n
- Ensure WHS and environmental requirements are met
n

About You

n

We're looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with:

n

n
- Proven experience supervising civil and bulk earthworks projects
n
- Robust knowledge of civil construction methodology and site operations
n
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors and plant
n
- Ability to read plans and understand project specifications
