This role reports to the Import-Export Manager and will be expected to work from our Surry Hills office at least 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
n
What you'll own & responsible for?
n
n
- Manage the end-to-end processing of international customer orders via sea and air freight.
n
- Prepare export and customs documentation to support timely and compliant shipment clearance.
n
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, 3PL providers and internal stakeholders across our domestic and international markets.
n
- Proactively communicate shipment status, delays,
risks and — importantly — recommended solutions.
n
- Support logistics administration across both international and domestic freight.
n
- Ensure logistics procedures and controls are followed to maintain high operational standards.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, remove inefficiencies and make the way we work better.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the International Logistics function.
n
- Build your knowledge of international trade, customs, freight and the markets in which we operate.
n

What you'll bring
n
The technical capability
n
You'll need a strong foundation in international logistics, including:
n
n
- 3+ years' experience in international logistics, import/export, freight forwarding or a similar role.
n
- Strong knowledge of air and sea freight, export documentation, customs processes and Incoterms.
n
- Hands-on experience preparing:
n
- Packing lists
n
- AQIS/DAFF documentation, including NX188B, NX188C and NX188D
n
- Certificates of Origin, including C06 and C09
n
- Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
n
- Exposure to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
n
- Knowledge of import/export regulations across Asia and China.
n
- Experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or related industries would be highly regarded.
