Job Description
The South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a temporary full time role at Aimees Place - Fairfield East.
The OT will deliver home-based rehabilitation within the Hospital in the Home program and conduct client-centered assessments.
You will set goals, implement treatment, support discharge planning, and collaborate with a Physio and an AHA in a community setting.
AHPRA-registered OT with rehab/community experience is required, plus a NSW C-class
