Senior Account Manager

We are working closely with a global Professional Services and Technology Solutions provider who have rapid expansion plans within the Australian market.

Due to their growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.

You will have a proven track record of driving new business and growing key client relationships across Contact Centre, CX, Unified Communications, Modern Workplace, Networking, and Cyber Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Develop proposals and present tailored technology solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key C-Suite stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead contract renewals and account growth strategies.
- Run client roadmap and innovation sessions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.




- Achieve revenue and margin targets.

About You

- 10+ years' experience in technology sales or account management.
- Proven success selling CX, Contact Centre, UCaaS, Networking, Modern Workplace, or Cyber Security solutions.
- Strong commercial, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Skilled in value-based, consultative selling.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
