Job Description

Everyday Independence in Melbourne seeks a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities across Burwood East and Croydon. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, coordinate NDIS funded therapy packages, and help participants achieve personal and educational goals.

You will work across diverse settings, join a supportive multidisciplinary workplace, and be engaged in ongoing mentoring, supervision, and professional development.
