About you

You’ll bring:

- Experience as an Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail team member
- A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
- The ability to coach, motivate and bring out the best in others
- A genuine interest in menswear, tailoring and personal style
- Robust organisation, attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster

Experience in premium fashion, menswear or luxury retail will be highly regarded.

- Experience in staff scheduling, performance management, and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for business improvement
- Experience in maintaining store visual merchandising standards
