Home Lands Group is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Manager – Sales to join our Melbourne operations.
n
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
10+ years of proven sales experience
n
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
n
MBA will be an added advantage
n
Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala
n
Tamil will be an added advantage
n
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
n
Motivational personality with a solid "CAN-DO" attitude
n
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
n
Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
n
n
WE WANT A TRUE SALES SKILLED
n
Someone ambitious, energetic, resilient, and hungry for success.
