Job Description
Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to advance compassionate, person-centred care across our aged care community. The role focuses on providing emotional and spiritual support, coordinating memorials, and mentoring volunteers to support resident wellbeing.

You will work across multiple SCC locations with versatile schedule from part time to full-time, contributing to meaningful end-of-life care, grief support, and meaningful connection for residents and families.
