Cement Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People and Capability team, working predominantly with our operations division across sites nationally. Based at our corporate head office in Darra with the option to work from home one day per week.
You will deliver pragmatic HR advice and coaching, manage day-to-day employee relations, coach leaders, and partner on organisation design and strategic HR initiatives across the business.
