About the role:n

You will work closely with experienced litigators across a broad range of disputes, including:

n

n
- Broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters
n
- Property, planning and development disputes
n
- Drafting correspondence, advices, pleadings, submissions, affidavits and court documents.
n
- Preparing evidence, discovery and briefs to counsel.
n
- Attending client meetings, mediations, conferences with counsel and court proceedings.
n




- Working with barristers, experts, consultants and government bodies.
n
- Supporting matters from initial instructions and strategy through to hearing, negotiation and resolution.
n

The ideal candidate:n n
- Junior lawyer with approximately 1-4 years’ PQE.
n
- Previous paralegal, law clerk or graduate experience in litigation will be highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to commercial litigation, property, planning, construction or general disputes would be advantageous but is not essential.
n
- Strong legal research, drafting and written communication skills.
n
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working across competing deadlines.
n
- Most importantly, a genuine interest in litigation and a desire to develop into a well‑rounded disputes lawyer.
n
