- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Project Managers in the Early Phase team
- Manage study documentation and maintain project trackers and systems
- Coordinate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items and deliverables with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Support communications with clinical sites, vendors, and internal teams
- Contribute to study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities
- Ensure activities comply with SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Co-coordinate meetings and prepare minutes for client, cross-functional internal team, and vendor meetings
- Assist with study and site budgets, including investigator site payments, vendor payments, and payment tracking
- Support the delivery and coordination of global clinical trials

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
- 2–3 years in clinical research, with a focus on trial coordination and project support
- Previous experience supporting clinical trials within a CRO, sponsor, or similar environment
- Understanding of clinical trial stages or experience working from start to end of a clinical trial
- Familiarity with clinical trial documentation, processes, and regulations, including ICH-GCP




- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and clinical systems such as CTMS and eTMF
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of MS Projects is a plus and can be learned
- Experience or valuable knowledge of project management systems, including CTMS and financial/resource planning systems
