Job Description
Junction Support Services in Wodonga is seeking a Team Manager - Care Services to lead one of our residential care homes.
This role directs day-to-day operations, supervises Residential Care Workers, and works with case managers, families and professionals to keep each young person's goals at the centre of care.
You will shape the culture, embed trauma-informed, child-centred practice, and respond to complex needs while ensuring a secure, secure workplace and high-quality care.
