Job Description
GLAS is seeking a Junior Transaction Manager in Sydney to manage a portfolio of syndicated loans with the Facility Agent and Security Trustee roles.
You will review documents, monitor covenants, and coordinate lender votes while collaborating with internal GLAS teams.
You will build relationships with borrowers and lenders, support KYC processes, and participate in client meetings and industry events to drive GLAS marketing and client service initiatives.
