Barwon Community Legal Service is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Geelong. The role partners with the Operations Manager to keep people, systems and day-to-day operations running smoothly, covering HR admin, volunteer coordination, payroll support, systems admin and general office support.

You will help staff and volunteers feel supported while keeping processes organized behind the scenes. The position is full time with a solid emphasis on service delivery to the community.
