About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, prepared, and dispatched accurately while meeting daily productivity targets. Working within a busy warehouse and manufacturing setting, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the business by maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Packing and dispatching products in line with productivity targets
- Ensuring stock availability to meet customer and sales demand
- Identifying process efficiencies to minimise downtime
- Assisting with waste reduction initiatives
- Maintaining product quality standards and compliance procedures
- Following all WHS and environmental requirements
- Participating in workplace training and competency development programs

About You

You are a reliable, hard-working individual who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.



You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently when required. You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain focus and consistency throughout your shift.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines, quality standards, and productivity expectations is essential.
