ABOUT THE ROLE

MBS Building Supplies is looking for a reliable team member to join our delivery driver and floor staff team in Young. This is a combined role involving truck deliveries, floor duties and regular manual handling. You’ll need an HR truck licence and a practical approach to protected work. The role is 40 hours per week. Hours are 8am–5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Carry out delivery driving duties.
- Assist with floor duties as part of the team.
- Handle and move materials safely, including regular manual lifting.
- Follow safe working procedures and road rules.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- A current HR truck licence or higher.
- The ability to perform the regular manual handling involved in the role safely.
- A reliable approach to attendance and work.
- A commitment to safe working procedures and road laws.

DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

- Forklift licence.
- Truck licence higher than HR.
- Manual car licence.
