Commercial / Construction Cleaner

We are seeking four hardworking and reliable Cleaners to join our team for a project based in the heart of Adelaide. This position focuses heavily on construction and post-refurbishment site cleaning. If you have an eye for detail, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to on-site safety, we want you to apply.

Position Details

- ? Location: Adelaide (Local applicants only)

- ? Pay Rate: $33.85 per hour

- ? Vacancies: 6 positions available

- ? Start Date: Mid-August (August 18 – 19) through September

- ⏱️ Employment Type: Short-Term Contract / Project-Based

- ? Visa Sponsorship: Not available (Must have local working rights; no offshore applicants)

Key Responsibilities

- Construction Cleaning: Perform thorough post-construction site cleaning, including detailed dust removal, debris collection, and final wipe-downs.

- Floor Maintenance: Execute commercial-grade sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed surface cleaning.

- Detailing: Clean and sanitize newly installed fixtures, fittings,



and high-touch communal areas.

- Supervisor Support: Work closely with and support the site supervisor with specialized, refurb-related cleaning tasks.

- Site Safety: Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) and strict building-site safety protocols at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, or post-renovation detailing is highly regarded.

- Strong physical fitness and the stamina to handle continuous manual labor, bending, lifting, and standing.

- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic to meet fixed handover deadlines.

- Knowledge of basic WHS site rules (holding a valid Construction White Card is a major advantage).

- Must currently live in Adelaide and be able to easily travel.

- Full Australian working rights (Sponsorship is not provided).
