Job Brief

We are seeking five (5) highly skilled Confined Space Rescue Personnel for a short-term, high-priority industrial project in the Northern Territory. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of personnel during a fixed-window project. Position Details

- ? Location: Northern Territory (Open to interstate applicants)

- ? Pay Rate: $65.00 per hour minimum (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Emergency Response: Provide dedicated confined space rescue standby support and rapid emergency response.

- Rescue Operations: Execute complex, technical rescue operations safely within confined space environments if required.

- Breathing Apparatus:



Confidently inspect, don, and utilize Breathing Apparatus (BA) equipment under emergency conditions.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure total compliance with asset site safety procedures, risk assessments, and strict emergency response rules.

- Site Logistics: Safely operate a forklift to move equipment, rescue gear, and support general materials handling as needed.

- Protected Practices: Actively monitor, guide, and support safe work practices for crews working within industrial zones.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Current, valid Confined Space Rescue Certificate (and proven operational competency).

- Demonstrated experience handling and working with Breathing Apparatus (BA).

- Must hold a current, valid Australian High Risk Work Forklift Licence (LF Class).

- Previous experience in heavy industrial environments (Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Manufacturing) is highly regarded.

- Must be physically fit and capable of passing a comprehensive pre-employment medical fitness assessment.

- Ability to clear standard site-entry drug and alcohol screenings.
