We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Officer on part-time basis to manage the financial transactions of our growing company. This part-time role is a minimum of 16 hours per week with the flexibility to choose the working hours (within business hours and over four days with preferred availability of Monday, Thursday and Friday).

In particular, our technology provides differentiation for our partners and will support you to excel in your role.The Role:The Accounts Officer is tasked with the timely and accurate execution of the role responsibilities including:

- Accounts receivable and payable tasks such as generating invoices, following up on overdue payments and managing payments
- Bookkeeping and data entry including recording of financial transactions into our financial systems
- Accurate reconciliation of bank statements
- Accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll, superannuation and expense management
- Preparation of required financial reports such as profit and loss statements to support considered company decision making

About You:

- Previous experience in a similar role completing payroll and accounts payable and receivable duties
- A qualification in accounting or bookkeeping preferrable




- Strong attention to detail for assurances of financial data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand numbers and trends and provide appropriate advisory
- Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Tech-savvy – proficiency with accounting software such as excel and XERO to ensure accurate date entry and analysis
