Your Role & Impact

As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting and strengthening the financial position of the business. This is a high-impact position with visibility across the organisation.

This role is fantastic chance for anyone with Customer Service or Admin experience looking to specialise and put their foot into accounting. We are happy to provide training for a candidate that is willing to learn.

What You’ll Do:

- Be a key person in maintaining customer accounts via email and phone
- Record keeping of customer collections and customer payment commitments
- Follow up overdue accounts and agreed payment dates




- Escalate significantly overdue accounts or payment issues to the appropriate sales manager
- Work with sales and management to resolve invoice or account queries for customers
- Read, interpret and write Accounts Receivable reports

What You Bring:

- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of complex challenges
- Computer literacy, able to use Microsoft office including basic excel and adapt to learn programs
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working with customers in an office setting is preferred
