Advertising Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Are you looking to start your career in advertising, marketing, media and events?

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Advertising Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney team.

This is a hands-on junior role combining advertising sales, client communication, marketing campaigns, social media and events. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain practical experience across different areas of marketing and media.

You don’t need years of experience — we are looking for someone who is confident, organised, willing to learn and comfortable communicating with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research and identify potential advertising clients and business opportunities
- Reach out to new and existing clients by phone, email and social media
- Follow up advertising enquiries and sales leads
- Assist with advertising proposals, quotations and media packages
- Maintain and update client and sales records
- Coordinate advertising bookings and campaign materials
- Liaise with clients regarding artwork, campaign requirements and deadlines
- Assist with social media content and marketing campaigns
- Support promotional campaigns and brand partnerships
- Assist with events, sponsorship activations and community promotions
- Provide general marketing and sales support to the team





No two days are exactly the same — you may be following up an advertising client one day and helping coordinate an event or marketing campaign the next.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, media or a similar role.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Has good working English communication skills
- Is confident and comfortable communicating with clients
- Is friendly, outgoing and professional
- Is proactive and willing to approach and follow up potential clients
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Is familiar with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Has an interest in advertising, marketing, media and events
- Is willing to learn and take initiative
- Can work independently as well as part of a team

Previous advertising, marketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided.
