About the Role

Alliance Airlines is offering an exciting opportunity to start your career as an Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME). This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with expert mentorship to prepare you for a future-proof career in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with aircraft inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and apply aviation safety regulations (CASA standards)
- Perform aircraft towing and ground handling under guidance
- Support inspection verification and compliance requirements
- Work in a team setting with experienced mentors
- Stay up to date with aviation industry trends and development

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals who are ready to take their first step into a career in aviation engineering. You’ll bring a genuine passion for aviation and problem-solving, strong communication and teamwork skills, a high level of attention to detail and commitment to safety,



along with initiative and a willingness to learn. Applicants must also be eligible to work in Australia.

The ideal candidate will:

- Aircraft maintenance prevocational training course desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the Aviation Maintenance Environment
- Industry work experience desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environment
- Willingness to carry out tasks as instructed.
