Job Description
Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Pharmacy Customer Service team on a part time, 6-month maximum term contract.
You will be the first point of contact for pharmacy customers and suppliers, delivering exceptional service and accurate order processing.
In this quick-paced role, you'll build solid customer relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently and promote Wesfarmers Health products.
Prior customer service or call centre experience is essential.
