Asset Manager – Real Estate | Sydney The Australian real estate investment platform of a leading global institutional investment manager is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Sydney team.

You'll take on responsibility for a reliable, established portfolio of office assets from day one, with the mandate set to evolve over time as the platform diversifies into other traditional and alternative real estate sectors. This is a genuine opportunity to build your experience across a broadening sector mix within a well-resourced, institutionally-backed platform.

The role

- Manage asset performance across an initial office portfolio, with responsibility expected to expand into other sectors as the platform diversifies
- Develop and execute asset plans, business plans and value-add strategies for individual assets
- Lead leasing strategy, tenant engagement and lease negotiations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, valuations input and asset-level reporting for internal and investor stakeholders
- Work closely with capital transactions, research and fund management teams to align asset strategy with broader portfolio objectives
- Manage external stakeholders including property managers, agents, valuers and consultants




- Contribute to due diligence and integration as new sectors and assets are added to the portfolio

About you

- Several years' experience in real estate asset management, with office sector experience highly regarded
- Strong financial and analytical skills, comfortable with asset-level modelling, budgeting and reporting
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to work directly with tenants, agents and internal investment teams
- Adaptable and curious, genuinely interested in growing into other real estate sectors as the portfolio diversifies
- Tertiary qualification in property, business, finance or a related discipline
