Cho Cho San is our contemporary Japanese restaurant in Potts Point, and we're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants the next few years of their career to count. We're part of the Apollo Group, the team behind The Apollo, Olympus Dining, Greca and Yoko in Brisbane, and The Apollo in Tokyo.

And we're growing. Two new restaurants open at Wunderlich Lane this October, right alongside Olympus, with more on the way across the group. Every opening needs leaders, and we'd much rather grow them from within than hire in from outside.

The role

You'll run the floor alongside our Restaurant Manager, leading service, looking after the team and making sure guests leave already planning their next visit. You'll also own the bar side of the business: beverage ordering, supplier relationships, stocktakes and keeping inventory tight. It's a proper commercial role, so you'll get close to the numbers that make a restaurant work.
